골프존, 선도적 거리측정기 기술 인수

골프존뉴딘홀딩스는 거리측정기 기술 기업 Deca Systems를 인수해 GolfZon Deca로 재편했다. 인수 이후 브랜드와 법인 구조가 변경된 점이 함께 소개됐다. 시뮬레이터 중심 사업에서 거리측정기까지 확장된 포트폴리오 변화가 중점적으로 다뤄졌다. 골프 IT 전반으로 사업 영역을 넓히는 M&A 사례라는 점에서 의미가 있다.
